Our spectators are loving this afternoon's Session 4 action. The skins races are now complete and we move onto the 100m finals. Backstroke up first, followed by breaststroke, freestyle and then butterfly. We will finish on the 4x50m freestyle relays!

Our mascot Atlas Eagle has landed in London. Kids warmed Olympic silver medallist Siobhan-Marie O'Connor when she stopped by earlier this weekend but Atlas is sure to be in even hotter demand.
Please do not be alarmed by our mascot's terrible dancing, eagles are much better in the air than they are on the dancefloor...

Our swimmers aren't just enjoying themselves in the pool. They have also had the opportunity to visit some of London's most famous landmarks. Big Ben, the London Eye, Buckingham Palace are just some of the notable tourist attractions visited by our schools.

The Girls U15 50m freestyle final was not one to be missed. Three swimmers all split by one hundredths of seconds to decide the medals! However, only one can win gold and that went to Pepper Hutchinson of AIS Riyadh.

She delivered an inspirational talk to our travelling schools, before taking their questions and posing for photos.
