Our fifth day in London was filled with culture, history, and entertainment.
We started with a fascinating tour of the Globe Theatre. The students were enthralled by the rich history and architectural beauty of this iconic venue, gaining deeper insights into Shakespearean theatre.
Next, we visited the Tate Modern, where the students explored contemporary art exhibitions and experienced the creative expressions of various artists.
For lunch, we headed to Borough Market. The vibrant market offered a variety of delicious foods, and the students enjoyed sampling different cuisines and soaking up the lively atmosphere.
After lunch, we made our way to Camden Market, where the students explored the eclectic mix of shops, stalls, and street food vendors. They loved the vibrant and unique atmosphere.
Dinner was at Frankie and Benny's, where we enjoyed a hearty meal and some relaxing downtime.
The highlight of the day was attending a performance of "The Lion King." The students were thrilled to see Sadie McKewn, the actress from our Q&A session on Day 4, performing live as Sarabi. They were mesmerised by the spectacular production, stunning visuals, and powerful performances.
