Horizon land in France!

48 students strong, Horizon have landed in Lyon and are on route up the mountain to Courchevel. Already LOTS of snow :)

Snow Ball Fight!!

After an epic first day of skiing, Horizon pupils offered their teacher Mr T a snowball fight - who do you think won?!

A story of mixed emotions after the snowball fight! Horizon are now hoovering up some dinner before the movie night!

Day 2 Skiing

Another amazing day on the slopes for Horizon - the sun was out for most of the day, allowing the children to get some incredible views of Courchevel!

Time for Action

The Horizon English School students took to the Courchevel slopes for their first full day of lessons today as the snow continued to fall across the French Alps.

Smiles on the Slopes

With a full day of lessons under their belts, the Horizon English School students are getting to grips with their surroundings in the French Alps - and they’re having a brilliant time!

Rock Climbing!

Horizon were treated to some evening rock climbing at the amazing facility in Aquamotion - lots of adventure, problem solving and hard working faces!

Who is excited for Day 3 of ski?

Someone is - another amazing morning here in Courchevel - Horizon children making great progress on the slopes!

Ice Skating Disco

Horizon were showing their dance moves while trying to stay upright on some skates - great effort from all involved!

All smiles on day 4!

Another superb day of sunshine in Courchevel - Horizon pupils are absolutely loving this! One more day to go - who is going to pass their ski test and earn a reward?

Firestarters!

We were treated to some hot chocolate and marshmallows on the camp fire tonight!

Day 5 on the slopes!

Sunshine, snow and another day in Courchevel - what is there not to love?!

Ski Awards

On the final day of the trip, Horizon pupils were given their ski awards from their instructors. Some amazing progress over the 5 days for all pupils!
