DAY 1

The boys have landed in Cairo! ✈️🇪🇬 After a smooth journey and a quick refuel, they wasted no time getting moving, heading straight out to stretch their legs, shake off the travel, and get their first feel for the city.

To kick off Day 1, they eased into things with a light training session, focusing on loosening up, getting the bodies moving, and setting the tone for the week ahead. A great start to the BSME trip and plenty more to come! 💪🔥
