We are in Cairo with DESS College this week as their U15 boys football squad takes part in the BSME Football tournament, hosted by the British International School of Cairo.
After their flight, the players and coaches got fuelled up at the hotel before a visit to British International School Cairo for a pre-tournament warm up match against the hosts of the weekend's BSME U15 football tournament.
Day 2 | Thurs 21st Nov
Ahead of tomorrow's tournament action the DESS College players took part in a final training session. With last year's U15 BSME trophy back at school in Dubai, the lads will be looking to make it back to back wins in Cairo on Friday and Saturday.
On Thursday afternoon the boys visited Egypt's iconic pyramids, and the Great Sphinx of Giza - immersing themselves in the fascinating history of their host country before the action kicks off tomorrow morning!
Day 3 | Fri 21st Nov
The DESS College boys have arrived at British International School Cairo ahead of the defence of their BSME U15 football crown.

Day 3 | Fri 22nd Nov
The first day of tournament action comes to close in Cairo with the DESS College boys sitting proudly at the top of the pile after six matches.
Four wins and two draws leaves them on 14 points, with the culmination of the tournament tomorrow.
After a busy day on the football pitch, the DESS College boys headed to watch Egyptian giants Al Ahly take on Al Ittihad in Egypt's top flight.
With VIP box seats and a dramatic ending, it was an enjoyable night for the lads ahead of tomorrow's finals day in the BSME Football tournament.
Day 4 | Sat 23rd Nov
It’s the second and final day of the BSME U15 Football tournament, hosted by BISC.
Will the boys be taking home the trophy at the end of the day? We can’t wait to find out.

After 12 matches without defeat, the DESS College boys just missed out on going all the way as they were defeated 1-0 in the cup final.
It's silver medals for the lads after two great days of football in Cairo - a brilliant effort from the squad.
After two busy days of football action, the lads spent their final night in Cairo sampling some of the local cuisine before heading back to Dubai on Sunday.
