After a seemless overnight flight, I think we're all ready to stretch the legs and do some exploring.
Albeit a ski tour, we couldn't come to Tokyo without experiencing some of the beautiful culture Japan has to offer. A stroll around Narita Shinshoji Temple was in store before heading for the slopes.
The moment we've all been waiting for...
Quick stop to keep these kids fed and energized before our afternoon session in the sun... Is there a better combination than ski and sunshine?
After a competitive game of Charades, watching the students get out of their comfort zone seem to be the highlight. The girls came out on top and their reward was picking the movie for the movie night with hot chocolate, must to the boys dismay.
After the baking heat of day 1 and 2, a well overdue snowstorm. Absolutely incredible powder on display for this bunch and getting to learn different terrains and textures was great to see. So was some good old fashioned hard work.
Some incredible freshly prepared sushi followed by some evening Sledding. What a night for this bunch!!
After a heavy snowfall day and learning to ski in the famous Japowder, it was followed up with another absolutely beautiful sunny day of skiing.
What an amazing cultural experience. We got to watch a traditional Taiko Drum Performance at our private showing. It was performed for us by kids as young as 6. A tough act to follow but didn't stop some of these kids.
Can't end a tour without a highlight reel and some awards!! Congrats to all winners on the evening.
